Descriptions for code steps

I want to add a description for a code step so its purpose is clear to me and others.

Any code steps can be converted to reusable actions, where you can create an associated description: https://docs.pipedream.com/workflows/steps/actions/#creating-your-own-actions .

I believe this will suffice for the use case originally articulated, so I'm closing this ticket. Happy to consider another more specific feature if there's a use case for it!
