I want an option to deploy and send a test event to my workflow in one click

I frequently deploy my workflow and run a test event to confirm a change I made worked. It'd be nice to combine these two separate actions into one.

Now that we have keyboard shortcuts for both deploying and sending test events to a workflow, it's very quick to perform this combined operation, so I'm closing this instead of us considering a new button.
