As per the example "No toolbars" version code with the page URL http://pdfobject.com/examples/styled-no-toolbars.html
the toolbar should not be displayed for the embedded PDF file.
This working fine when we download the page for the very first time. But if we hit refresh/reload/F5 for the webpage, toolbar is displayed for the embedded PDF file.

The PDFObject script doesn't control the visibility of toolbars, it merely provides a way to send pdfOpenParam values to the PDF viewer. If the PDF viewer doesn't respect the passed values, there's nothing PDFObject can do about it. FWIW, pdfOpenParams is an Adobe technology, so non-Adobe PDF readers may not utilize the pdfOpenParams as expected (this includes Chrome and Safari, which now ship with a native non-Adobe PDF reader).
