Request: Add an option from right click context menu and/or from the + button for "Add new tab" to create a new tab group.

Currently, you have to create tabs, select them, right click, and then pick "create new group from tabs," which is an awkward workflow.

I won't add the command as a built-in feature (my past comment describing the reason and there are other similar topics), instead I recommend you to create a bookmark with a URL ext+treestyletab:group?New Group

Considering we now have a context menu option for creating a group out of multiple selected tabs, I don't think it's out of scope anymore to add a context menu option that doesn't require multiple tabs to be selected.

Regardless of that, the exact URL needed for creating a new group should probably be documented in the FAQ or somewhere else in the README - it took me a bit to find this URL; the older comments listed outdated URLs that no longer work.

I have a different idea. Now I'm planning to delete some non-core features from TST and release a helper addon https://github.com/piroor/treestyletab/tree/separate-more-tree-commands for those features. (Please see also #2717 for more details.)

@piroor is this functionality in the new addon yet?

Because TST More Tree Commands is now available, I close this.
