Slowdown when hovering on tools

On Chrome Version 22.0.1229.26 beta-m .

When hovering on tools, there are MAJOR slowdowns on this version of chrome. It seems to be linked to the display of the 'title' attribute.

Removing the title attribute fixes the issue but maybe we should first refactor the redraw loop.

Small update : the slowdown is only occuring if you have more than one frame. Maybe something fishy in the animated preview. Will have a look tonight.

Doesn't occur on my home desktop, which is quite old but with a decent core2duo@3GHz . Version of chrome also different : Version 23.0.1255.0 dev-m and OS is Windows 7 instead of XP. Didn't check on my Mac yet.

Well I can still reproduce it on ONE computer :)
