Is there a reason why there are no wheels for python 3.10? See https://pypi.org/project/gensim/4.1.2/#files
If not, are you planning to add them?

Simple: there has been no release of Gensim since Python 3.10 was released.

I.e. Python 3.10 is the very latest release.

@mpenkov what's the process for adding new Python wheels to our CI / testing / distribution wheels? I cannot find it in https://github.com/RaRe-Technologies/gensim/wiki/Developer-page
