The problem is that this depends on pyarrow which does not support Python 3.7.

You'll need at least Python 3.9 (bullseye) or 3.11 (bookworm). But also we don't have pyarrow. If you can figure out how to install pyarrow first, on 3.9+, then you should be able to install pysurvival.
