- Dependencies were updated
- minSDK was raised to 14 because it is time, Android Studio already starts complaining 馃槻
Raise minSDK to 14, targetSDK to 27

* Closes #174 by adding a retry backoff mechanism incase of connection issues (DispatchInterval * RetryCount (up to 5 times)) * Fixed build issues in example app due to pr #177 * Unit test spring cleaning.
