For consistency I have implemented the changelog as a link instead of a tab. I don't have a preference whether it should be kept as a tab or used as a link.
Feel free to close the PR if it is better to keep it in a tab instead of pointing to a link like http://plugins.piwik.org/LiveTab/changelog
