Superset of issues #72 and #77, but no-JS users will still especially be bothered by #72 because it takes them to a separate page rather than refreshing the same page.

Originally you could like and comment without a page load using javascript. There were some bugs with that, so I removed the JS and used the non-js fallbacks.
