New feature: Navigation hotkeys!

Want to navigate through a lot of chronologically or numerically-sorted notes, as if they were a sort of virtual notebook? (e.g. daily notes, weekly notes, Zettels, chapters, etc.)

Now you can easily step through all the files in a folder without even opening Quick Explorer: just use the new commands for "go next" and "go previous" to step to the next or previous file in the same folder, sorted using QE's sort order (folder note first, then subfolders, then local files). (There are also "go first" and "go last" commands.)

Just add hotkeys and go!

(Also, this version contains a CSS compatibility fix for the Minimal theme!)
