fix "Unknown" abilities from being displayed. Remove the option in the settings. #25

This should not really be an option in the settings window. Remove or do not display any ability that does not have an icon.

examples:

PvP has a few "hidden" abilities that display such as a Spell Debuff, Mounting the speeder, being assigned to Team A or Team B.
