Hi and thanks for reaching. Where are you located? The ad should show up if your country and device is supported by google, i will investigate to see if google does not serve the apps not being downloaded from the google play store. The prompt to show the ad is something forced by google and i am more than happy to remove that but then google doesn't approve the app! |

Seems like google still serve ads if the app is not downloaded from the google play store. My guess is that your phone has some kind of ad block installed and activated on it and hence it cannot receive the ads. |

Hi PJSOFTCO,
I am located in Saudi Arabia and I don't have any AdBlock app on the phone
but I don't really know why is this happening. Also I have other phones
that support google play services and the app works perfectly fine. I don't
really know why this is happening, can you help me with this problem or is
it unfixable.

I tried turning on a VPN and it didn't work I will keep you updated while I
try to solve the problem.

I'll try to recreate this issue by downloading the apk file from apkpure website and see if same thing happens to me. Does he get ads on the other apps (ads should be sourced from google)? |

Thanks for responding PJSOFTCO,
Yes he does get ads in other apps it's perfectly fine but the VGamepad app
for some reason doesn't desplay the ad. Yesterday I tried to share the app
with by using an app called ShareMe and it still didn't desplay any ads and
kept asking for showing an ad and never showed it. I really really hope you
find a solution for this problem.

Dear PJSOFT Customer Support Team,
I have a problem with your VGAMEPAD Lite app. My brother has a Huawei Honor 9X Pro phone, so he doesn't have Google Play Services. He downloaded the latest version of your app from APKPure. The issue is that when he connects to the PC, everything is fine, but when he tries to play, the app prompts to show an ad. When he clicks OK, the ad doesn't show up, and it keeps asking to show the ad repeatedly without displaying it.
I looked up the issue online, but couldn't find anyone facing the same problem. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app from another source, but it didn't work. I hope you can find a solution or update the app to resolve this issue because it is very frustrating. Please contact me Via my email ahmadalsalall@gmail.com.
