While ##243 I found several dependencies not explicitly listed so far. The README.md should list all dependencies to be installed such as Java, sqlite3, PHP, R... Maybe also add a script to install dependencies such as done in Dockefile.

It is there in https://github.com/pkiraly/metadata-qa-marc/blob/main/INSTALL.md. I should check if it needs any update. Also it should be referenced from the README.md.

Oh, I only followed README.md because it has a Installation section!

Looking at INSTALL.md I only found missing dependency Maven but this is only required if you want to build from sources.
