The timeline does not match the specified startdate, nor milestone end date, nor burndown date.
The start date is 28 August, but the bars start on Aug 26.
The date today when this screen shot is taken is Aug 31, but the bars only go until Aug 30.
This effects the ideal line, the trend line, and the correctness of the bars.
The unusual thing: a dev in a timezone +10 sees the correct screen (when they open the exact same html).

Note that today I don't see this behaviour. The only difference is I changed timezones. I moved forward 6 hours, so the other dev is only +4 hours from me. He still see the same (proper) behaviour. So it seems the problem is related to timezones.

This seems to be fixed now, and I'm not sure why.
