  • Mention the unavailability of batteries for purchase
  • Mention the option for Planet to replace the battery, the last known cost, and their reasons for refusing to mail a battery on its own
  • Link this DIY custom battery guide

I think the first two points are valid, but I would rather not link to the DIY guide. Mostly because of my affiliation with Planet, the repo is under my username, and I don't want to condone DIY battery installation. It's too risky to endorse.
