Sometimes when it takes OFF very long to respond to a products request, the spinner of "My Products" in Profile spins indefinitely.
We need to make sure when OFF throws a timeout the UI reacts to it properly.

Won't fix - there are devices with slow network connection, it's hard to make a good timeout for fast and slow devices without then worrying if we make experience for people with slow internet worse.
