Change shift default to 4 hours

Currently it's 3 hours and for Apogaea, we require people to work 8 hours of shifts to get a guaranteed ticket code for the next year. So this has caused some confusion when people heard they only needed to work two shifts. So making the default 4 hours will reduce some of the issues.
