Ideas:

  1. Angular 2 PWA app on top of plone.restapi ( @ebrehault would be willing to mentor) (=> this one has already been described and posted in the subject list)
  2. React app on top of plone.restapi ( @robgietema would be willing to mentor)
  3. Browsable API (a Django REST Framework like browsable API for plone.restapi, that auto-generates forms for the different endpoints and allows the user to discover the API easily) (we would need to find a mentor)
  4. PloneFormGen in Angular 2 ( @timostollenwerk would be a possible (co-)mentor)

Hey @cewing, we just had a discussion at the Beethoven Sprint in Bonn about possible plone.restapi-related GSoC projects for 2017. Let us know what you think.
