At the moment, the files needed to run the app, i.e. Procfile, runtime.txt, config.py, etc. are stored inside this project directory. However, they are only needed to run the usage-advanced.py demo on DDS/Heroku, and are not necessary for developing this project.

What is everyone's thoughts on whether to keep those files in this project (and basically push the whole repo to DDS every time it is updated), or have it in a separate repo (which will use the latest release version of dash-cytoscape instead of dev version)?

we're keeping it in the repo for dash-bio, I think doing this will also be ok for this project
