RadialBar: defs and fill unavailable as they are in Bar

defs and fill are not expected on RadialBarSvgProps

To Reproduce

Try to add the props to ResponsiveRadialBar

I made a fix in a PR: #1957

Expected behavior

The props are type valid and can be used to make a patterned fill in an arc.
