[Feature] Summary & Action Items

Description of the feature you are requesting:
As a user, I want the ability for whishper to generate a summary of the entire recording with the recording transcription so that my review is faster.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding the summary and action items from the recording to the top of the transcription

Describe alternatives you've considered
I could run the transcription through other services such as ChatGPT or other like LLMs but that is an antipattern to the intent of the request (i.e. efficiency)
