AttributeError: module 'pdfrw' has no attribute 'PdfReader'

I tried to follow a tutorial to fill a pdf form, but i was getting trouble when i run the program.
I tried both python 2.x and python 3.x but it seems that the program does not recognize 'PdfReader' in both version
