Hi,

v8pp is an incredible library. It would be even easier for users to adopt if it were possible to vcpkg install v8pp

Hi,

thanks! Yes, it would be great to have the library in C++ package managers like Conan or vcpkg.

Unfortunately I have no much spare time to work on it, so a pull request is welcome.
