multiple test failures on ppc64

Environment Information

• PMDK package version(s): 1.12.0
• OS(es) version(s): Debian unstable, Fedora rawhide
• Architecture: ppc64el

The new release completes the testsuite on x86 arm64 riscv64, but fails on ppc64, both on:

• Debian: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=pmdk&arch=ppc64el&ver=1.12.0-1&stamp=1653438449&raw=0
• Fedora: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=87455177

The failing tests are different: obj_ctl_arenas/TEST3 and pmem2_future/TEST0 respectively.

Because of no easy access to ppc64 machines, I can't comfortably debug this. @lucmaga @tuliom could you help, please?

@tuliom: ping, these failures block migration in Debian and Fedora. Do you have any luck investigating these?

@kilobyte Not yet. Can we disable these tests in order to avoid blocking the update in Debian and Fedora?
That would give more time to investigate.
