[Feature request] Completion times in the build queue are misleading when "no queue order" is enabled

When the "No Queue Order" setting is enabled, the times shown in the build queue are misleading when two of the same building are queued. It seems like it should be possible to calculate an accurate completion time based on all items in the queue, and display this. While the setting suggests that the order is no longer important, my experience suggests that the order is still important, but not as much / as blocking as with the setting disabled.
