BlackBOX

Image processing sofware specifically written for the reduction of BlackGEM and MeerLICHT images. It is an adaptation of Kerry Paterson's BGreduce and performs standard CCD image reduction tasks on multiple images simultaneously using multi-processing and multi-threading, and feeds the reduced images to ZOGY to ultimately perform optimal image subtraction and detect transient sources.

In InstallScripts you will find bash scripts to help with the combined installation of BlackBOX and ZOGY on Ubuntu and macOS; please read through them before running them to ensure they do not interfere with your current installation.
