If a XML has the attributes in separate lines than the element name, such as
<element attr1="text1" atr2="text2" />
FastSAX is invoking onElementStart with "element<lf>" (where <lf> is a newline character), instead of just "element"

Seems like the problem is that only forward slashes or spaces are used to detect where the element name ends
