The File Format is currently formatted in such a way, that it's dependent on the Culture of your PC. In Germany we use commas instead of dots as decimal separators. Therefore the Splits are stored with a comma as a decimal point. If I'd send my splits to someone who isn't from the same Culture, he wouldn't be able to open my splits and vice versa.
