Many existing addresses fail to search by full state name

Describe the bug
Many existing addresses fail to search by full state name, e.g. "1626 West Plana, Mesa, AZ" works, but "1626 West Plana, Mesa, Arizona" doesn't. Note that some addresses, such as the "600 4th Ave Seattle" example do seem to work with both full and abbreviated state names.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior, Mention an exact address if possible:

1. Enter the above address with the full state name into an OSMAnd search.

Expected behavior
Search should work for full state names for all addresses.
