Responsive UI for SP 2016 Error #228

I had download the responsive script and run the below PowerShell and I get below error.
PowerShell: .\Enable-SPResponsiveUI.ps1 -TargetSiteurl https://XYX/SiteColl

Environment is SharePoint 2016 On premise and it uses claims based authentication. I had installed SharePointPnPPowerShell2016 module before running powershell script. Any idea why i am facing this error?
