Bug report: In the 'spo list add' command, the default value for option 'baseTemplate' is not considered

Description

If we do not specify any value for option baseTemplate, then it should take the Default GenericList as specified in the documentation at spo list add.

However, not specifying the baseTemplate option throws below error:
Error: Required option baseTemplate not specified

Steps to reproduce

Execute command spo list add without specifying the baseTemplate option.

Expected results

The command should take default GenericList instead of throwing error.

Actual results

Not specifying the baseTemplate option throws below error:
Error: Required option baseTemplate not specified
