Thanks for using the PnP Tools. We did not noticed this issue. You mean the upload button in the document libraries, right? Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, can you provide us much more details about the browser, the screen size, etc.? Thanks.

I am sorry I didn't see the response and respond earlier. I re-tested this in SP 2016 and am not having any issues. I am thinking that in the first 2013 environment there may have been some issues with the load balancing and DNS.
