Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

I came across the need to use the property pane term picker and need to filter it down to a subset of tags beneath an existing termset. The reusable controls taxonomy picker supports this via the anchorId property and there is no existing functionality in this control to achieve the same results. I attempted to mirror that functionality in the property control, where, when you are using the limitByTermsetNameOrID to limit to a specific termset, then you can further limit to a subset of terms using an anchorId property, which is the guid of the sub term.

Will create a PR with this change and link to this item.

Thanks!
