add one package on dev deps in Mono repo. but a few deep deps that doesn't affect directly on the package are changed in pnpm-lock file is changed

Hello, I am the one who loves pnpm.

I have one mono repo.
This repo has many packages such as api, web, and shared.
I added shared package as dev deps on api and web. (should added deps but just give you example)
I ran pnpm install. pnpm-lock was changed.

I took a look pnpm-lock inside.
there are so many deep deps were changed.
I think they are not related to the package I added.

Can you explain why?
