thumbfast: ERROR! cannot create mpv subprocess

I noticed after the last update it stopped working.

latest shinchiro build, vanilla UI, win 10

when running a file with -v and going mouse over timeline it gives

[cplayer] Can't find script 'implay' to send message to.
[thumbfast] mpv subprocess create failed

OK, seems new mpv update fixed it. It works now.
