I'm also a great fan of your extension even so just discovered it today while I was wondering over the last months why YT doesn't provide that by default.
What I'd like to see going forward is an ability to switch devices and keep going with the watch-next a kind of global list.
I understand that you do the trick via JS still I hope that there is a way to implement such

Hey gerryh.
Do you mean like using the playlist on two computers? Because that is suppose to be happening if both computers use the same Chrome Account - the list sync between browsers.
As for syncing other devices… Like between tablet, computer and phone… This will be hard as currently Watch Next is just a Chrome extension, and those devices tends to have their own apps. But I started my BSc in Web and Mobile Development for a reason, so I probably sometimes in the future will be able to create my own app for that…
I gotta go. Swift learning course is waiting for me.
indeed I was asking for a device spanning solution - pc + tablet + mobile
I'm wondering if it would be possible to specify a youtube playlist which could be updated based on added and "watched after added" then remove or move to a specified list when watched
if that would be possible it could also be at least partly device independent - at least as long as the user logs in ...
chrome on iOS/Android doesn't afaik support extensions ... does it?
