The show all episodes page would look great if it showed different images for each episode (when available). But I have deactivated episode.images for now on the show all page, since it would be a ridiculous waste of bandwidth.

With some podcasts having 500+ episodes, the show all episodes page needs to lazily load episode images after the user has the image box on the screen for a second or two, or some other efficiency improving process.
