PDF files with large content would be difficult to navigate to the desire page 
for viewing. It would be very nice if a simple TOC navigation (page level) or 
hyperlinks is supported.

this would be a big step forward -- right now accessing the document's TOC 
requires three actions, and then only the top-level bookmarks are shown.

The muPDF advanced a lot lately and I switched to it. It supports the
feature. MuPdf uses the same pdf engine APV uses
