added MapStream filterKeys and filterValues #49

Hi,

This is a helpful shortcut to filter entries without dealing with the extraction of key or value.

I know it adds to the maintenance but it is a common pattern I had everywhere.

Per tests:

mapStream.filterKeys(predicate).collect();
...
mapStream.filterValues(predicate).collect();
