Steam inventory broken after using creaminstaller…

Hello, I recently used creaminstaller for space engineer and it worked perfectly! But I noticed that my steam inventory was not working. The error message is: "inventory not available. Try again later". I suppose is due to some dlc working with the steam inventory, but I tried everything to fix it, reinstalled completely steam and space engineer but no luck… any ideas ?
