[FEATURE REQUEST] Allow for security secret key regeneration

While the secret key provides the most robust way to lock down an endpoint, without an ability to revoke the key or generate a new one, there is not immediate action an application can take to mitigate the damage given an event where the secret key gets leaked out (say it was accidentally committed to a repository during development).
