Describe the solution you'd like
Retrieve and display the client version in node-nanny as well as a new release notification/status. Binary releases can be tracked by parsing the project Github repository.

Additional context
Here's an example for Avalanche

Releases: https://github.com/ava-labs/avalanchego/releases

Current Version: 1.7.10
There is a new version 1.7.13 available.
