Change Y-axis number format when plotting

How can I adjust the appearance of the y-axis of a given plot?
Let's say I am plotting the underwater curve.

pf.plot_underwater.show()

Now, I would like to specify the number of decimals to be exactly two. What kwargs do I have to pass and how can I learn about all the potential kwargs to adjust a plot?
