Feature request : allow for split configuration files

Hello,

In certain setups, with multiple pools (several tenths), it might be handy to be able to split pools configuration into dedicated files.
This would allow easier configuration management.

Pools would be configured in different YAML files, stored in a subdirectory (i.e. "etc/pools.d/pool_website1.yaml", etc
