This is an old ticket, I assume that more or less you can now have multi-data mounted and scheduled to job and experiments. There's also the possibility to create generic jobs to download data or do data augmentation / feature engineering, and use the outputs of that job as an input for other experiments. I think I am going to close this issue and open new ones with more details.
