Poll Question Generation

The official implementation of ACL 2021 paper "[Engage the Public: Poll Question Generation for Social Media Posts]". This is a joint work with NLP Center at Tencent AI Lab.

Dataset

All data are stored in the file named data

Data format

• The dataset is randomly split into three segments (80% training, 10% validation, 10% testing).
• One line is for each instance.
• For each segment (train/valid/test), we have the source posts (stored in ".*_src.txt"), comments (stored in ".*_conv.txt"), and question (stored in ".*_trg.txt").

Code

We give all original code here. Representative commands will be shown later.

This code is mainly adapted from Yue Wang's keyphrase generation code. Thank Yue very much for his support.
