(Caused by #1871)

The Metagenotype Management page includes diploid genotypes in the table of multi-allele genotypes, which doesn't seem entirely accurate. @kimrutherford I'm not sure if this is really a bug, since it could be intended (maybe expedient) behaviour. Was this supposed to happen?

To reproduce, simply create a diploid genotype and a multi-allele genotype:

diploid_created

Then go to the Metagenotype Management page:

diploid_multi_allele_mix

I forgot that the metagenotype page uses its own code for displaying genotypes. We should move the diploids into their own table. I'll work on that.

I'll hold off doing this until we've finished discussing #1941.

I'm not sure why I marked this as high priority in hindsight, since PHI-base doesn't even need diploids yet. Maybe I didn't know at the time. @kimrutherford I'm going to downgrade the priority for now.

Is this ticket a duplicate of, or will it be resolved by
#1941
If so, it can close.

It's not a duplicate because this issue is about the metagenotype management page.
