  • New term : increased histone H3-K56 acetylation in transcribed regions during G2/M phase (mitotic)
A cellular process phenotype observed during the G2/M phase of the life cycle in which acetylation of lysine at position 56 of histone H3 in regions of the genome that are actively transcribed occurs to a greater extent than normal.

  • New term : increased histone H4-K20 monomethylation in transcribed regions during G2/M phase (mitotic)
A cellular process phenotype observed in the G2/M phase of the life cycle in which monomethylation of lysine at position 20 of histone H4 in regions of the genome that are actively transcribed occurs to a greater extent than normal.

  • New term : normal histone H3-K56 acetylation during G2/M phase (mitotic)
A cellular process phenotype observed during the G2/M phase of the life cycle in which acetylation of lysine at position 56 of histone H3 is normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type).

  • New term : normal histone H4-K20 monomethylation during G2/M phase (mitotic)
A cellular process phenotype observed during the G2/M phase of the life cycle in which monomethylation of lysine at position 20 of histone H4 is normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type).

  • New term : normal histone H4-K20 trimethylation during G2/M phase (mitotic)
A cellular process phenotype observed during the G2/M phase of the life cycle in which trimethylation of lysine at position 20 of histone H4 is normal (i.e. indistinguishable from wild type).

  • New term : decreased histone H4-K20 trimethylation during G2/M phase (mitotic)
A cellular process phenotype observed during the G2/M phase of the life cycle in which trimethylation of lysine at position 20 of histone H4 is decreased.
