I can confirm everything is setup correctly, I will send you screen shots if you want. What I want to know is the core count, is it just too high? (24)

Okay, so it turns out the hostname was doubled up in the /etc/hosts file for some reason. Gonna try and see if this fixes it, if it does need to close this as a bug with user end fix.

It definitely is still doing it, even on a fresh OS on that machine, for some reason its doubling up the hostname and crashing the throughput from rrdtool

I cannot seem to circumvent that at all. No idea why only the poweredge does it, and only when its dual socketed. Closing Issue.
